Returns If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase and wish to return an item, please contact us at email@example.com within 7 days of receipt. We only accept returns on damaged or incorrect goods.
Personal hygiene item's are not eligible for return. Once we have processed your return, please send us the unused item in its original condition and packaging within 21 days from the date you received your order. We will not accept any returns on products received after this period of time. Return shipments are handled at the consumer’s expense, except in the case of a manufacturer's defect or where the incorrect item was sent. Refunds are issued once the returned items are received.
To complete your return, we will require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card.
All sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.
You will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item.
